Ashley Weinreich brings extensive expertise in executive and professional search and search sales to her role as Managing Director of Executive and Specialty Search at Hire Health. She leads search engagements for C-level executives, sales leaders, and professionals across healthcare, transportation, logistics, supply chain, and engineering sectors, supporting both Hire Health and its parent company, Hire Velocity.

Ashley initially joined Hire Velocity, and as Hire Health, the healthcare-focused subsidiary, grew, she expanded her leadership to support its specialized executive search solutions for healthcare organizations.

Throughout her career, Ashley has built high-performing teams, delivered customized talent strategies, and driven business development efforts that exceed client expectations.

Prior to joining Hire Health and Hire Velocity, Ashley served as Director of Operations at Reed National Consulting, where she oversaw recruitment operations, employee development, and carrier partnerships. She also previously held the role of Director of Recruiting at Comcar Industries, where she led recruiting strategy and training initiatives that advanced organizational growth.

Based in Atlanta, Ashley is driven by a competitive spirit and a passion for connection. As a proud mom of a daughter and son, she values time spent with family and friends as much as she enjoys pursuing new challenges—whether that’s perfecting her golf game, exploring the city’s food scene, or engaging in a bit of friendly competition. A foodie at heart with an energetic, team-oriented mindset, Ashley brings enthusiasm and focus to everything she does.

Ashley is a former Division I collegiate soccer player and holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from East Tennessee State University.
