Jason Nuccio, Principal Recruiter

Jason brings over 13 years of experience in healthcare recruitment to his role as Principal Recruiter at Hire Health. Known for his dedicated and thoughtful approach, Jason has successfully placed hundreds of top-tier candidates in key roles at healthcare organizations across the country.

Jason began his career at Maxim Healthcare, where he developed his recruitment skills by placing nursing and clinical staff throughout the Midwest and Southern California. He later joined Korn Ferry, focusing on retained searches within the healthcare sector. Jason excels in understanding his clients’ unique needs and partnering with them to develop comprehensive search strategies, ensuring that candidates not only meet the job requirements but also align with the organization’s culture.

Outside of his professional life, Jason is an avid reader and an intermediate snowboarder—occasionally taking a tumble. He enjoys exploring nature through hiking and camping in the Colorado Rockies and has set a goal to hike five 14er mountain peaks in 2024. Jason is also a skilled home cook who loves using fresh ingredients from his garden. When he’s not working or pursuing his hobbies, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his two senior dogs, Mason and Manny.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University and continues to make a positive impact in the healthcare recruitment industry through his dedication and expertise.
