Michelle Culp, President

Michelle Culp is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience within the recruiting industry. With more than 15 years dedicated to healthcare, including clinical, revenue cycle, and technology staffing, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to her role as President. Prior to joining Hire Health, Michelle was the Sector Leader for Healthcare Tech & Services practices at Korn Ferry, leading a team focused on healthcare tech and providers’ IT needs. She brings extensive experience from roles at AMN Healthcare, Ciox Health, Hays, and Kforce Healthcare, Inc./Himagine Solutions, where she developed and led teams in various aspects of healthcare staffing and solutions.

Growing up on a farm in Indiana instilled in Michelle both a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of rural communities. Her passion for adventure extends well beyond her professional life as she enjoys paddle boarding, snowboarding, pickleball, and riding her e-bike. She’s an avid music lover and frequents concerts whenever possible. Traveling is also a big part of Michelle’s life, and she divides her time between vibrant Tampa and the serene Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Outside of work and adventure, Michelle is a proud pet parent to Rhaenyra, a German Shepherd, and Cash, a Persian kitty. Her love for animals reflects her caring nature and commitment to nurturing relationships, both in her personal and professional life.
